Lift. Move. Work out.
CrossFit Lift Move Work is a virtual event made up of one lift, one gymnastics skill test, and one test of general physical preparedness.
Athletes will have a set amount of time to complete all tests and may make as many attempts as they want within the competition dates and times. The event can be completed inside a one-hour class.
Competition Details
Competition Dates:
Start date/time: Thursday, Oct. 21, at 12 p.m. PT
End date/time: Monday, Oct. 25, at 12 p.m. PT
Workouts will be released the week of Oct. 4.
Registration Dates:
Start date/time: Friday, Oct. 1, at 12 a.m. PT
End date/time: Monday, Oct. 25, at 12 p.m. PT
Workout Variations:
Athletes will have the opportunity to choose one of three versions of the trio of tests: Track 1, Track 2, or Track 3.
These tracks will range from most advanced (T1) to intermediate (T2) to least advanced (T3) and will be programmed with the intention of giving athletes an opportunity to see how they stack up against others of a similar fitness level while maintaining the intended stimulus across the leaderboard.
Track 1 includes bar muscle-ups plus other movements, Track 2 includes pull-ups and more, and Track 3 includes ring rows and more.
No special scaling options for young teens and/or 55+ masters.
Divisions:
The CrossFit Lift Move Work will feature the following divisions*:
- Individual Men
- Individual Women
- Teenagers**
- Masters**
- Adaptive divisions
*An athlete’s division will be determined by their age as of 7/14/2021.
**These divisions will follow the same format as the CrossFit Open — i.e., Boys and Girls, 14-15 and 16-17, Masters Men and Women 35-39, 40-44, etc.
